  • You are between 18 and 44 years old when you join
  • Your fertility clinic plans egg stimulation using a GnRH antagonist protocol
  • Your plan includes IVF or ICSI, using sperm from a partner or stored sperm (fresh or frozen)
  • Your treatment includes planned egg-triggering with hCG or a GnRH-agonist medicine
  • You plan to use follitropin delta as directed by its approved instructions
  • Your AMH blood test (within the last 12 months) is higher than 0.3 ng/mL
