Who can take part
- You must be able to understand English and give informed consent
- You must be female and between 16 and 45 years old (most will be 18–45)
- You must fit one of these groups: PCOS, PCOS with no PCOS features, repeat miscarriages (at least two), miscarriage with none or one, pregnant with GDM, pregnant with ICP, or pregnant controls with neither
- If you are pregnant, you must be at least 28 weeks along
- You should not be in another medicine study at the same time (CTIMP)
- You must not have certain other hormone-related conditions (like adrenal hyperplasia, hormone-secreting tumors, Cushing syndrome, or high prolactin)
