Who can take part

  • Be 18 years or older
  • Be followed at OSU’s high-risk breast clinic or Stefanie Spielman Comprehensive Breast Center high-risk clinic
  • Have one of these breast risk diagnoses: ADH, ALH, LCIS, sclerosing adenosis, or radial scars
  • Not have a personal history of ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS) or invasive breast cancer
  • Be able to read, speak, and understand English and sign consent to continue follow-up using your medical records
