  • You are between 45 and 74 years old.
  • You are past menopause (no periods for at least a year or had your ovaries removed).
  • You are overweight or obese (BMI 25 or higher).
  • You have a higher risk of breast cancer (e.g., due to dense breasts, family history, gene changes, or past breast issues).
  • You have had a mammogram within the last year that showed normal results or only benign findings.
  • You are willing to have a special breast needle test (RPFNA) and blood draws.
