Who can take part
- You’re an adult (18+) and can sign a consent form in writing
- You have a confirmed neuroendocrine tumor (by pathology), and you can provide a tissue sample
- Your tumor has a Ki-67 score under 55% (typically well-differentiated grades 1–3)
- Your disease has progressed or you couldn’t tolerate first-line treatment, including a somatostatin analogue
- Your scan shows no or very low uptake on a DOTA-TATE scan (below background liver), and you have measurable tumors
- You’re well enough for treatment (ECOG 0 to 2) and your organs can work well on blood tests
