Targeted radiation for certain advanced neuroendocrine tumors

This Phase 3 study tests whether a targeted radiation treatment approach (using a special “PRRT” scan-guided method) works better to control advanced neuroendocrine tumors. It’s designed for tumors that show strong targeting on a specific PET scan and that are growing despite prior treatment (with some limits).

Who can take part
- You are age 18 or older and able to give written consent.
- Your performance status is ECOG 0–1 (you are up and about and not severely limited by illness).
- You have an advanced, inoperable, well-differentiated neuroendocrine tumor that can’t be removed with surgery (not pheochromocytoma/paraganglioma).
- Your tumor must light up on a 68Ga-DOTA-PET scan (more than baseline liver uptake).
- Your disease must have clearly grown on a CT/MRI done 1–24 months before enrollment, and you must have measurable tumors on scan.
- You must not have had PRRT before, and you must have stopped other anti-cancer treatments (except a somatostatin “analogue” like SSA) at least 4 weeks ago.
