Who can take part

  • You had suicidal thoughts or suicidal behavior within the last month
  • You are between 18 and 26 years old
  • You can read and speak English well enough for study tasks
  • You feel comfortable using a smartphone
  • Your care team believes you’re stable enough to complete all study steps
  • You do not have severe current psychotic or manic symptoms that would interfere with study tasks
