  • You had COVID-19 pneumonia caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus
  • You were admitted to the ICU COVID-19 unit
  • Your hospital records include a chest X-ray you can be identified by
  • You do not have a lung tumor (either current or past)
  • You do not have a history of lung surgery (lung resection)
