Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old and have malignant pleural mesothelioma that cannot be surgically removed or has spread.
- You have at least one measurable tumor spot on scans that doctors can track over time.
- You have not had prior whole-body (systemic) cancer treatment for advanced or metastatic disease (some limited past chemo/radiation may be allowed if timing fits).
- Your general strength is good (ECOG score 0–1) and doctors expect you to live more than 3 months.
- Your blood and organ tests must be adequate (enough white cells, platelets, hemoglobin, and acceptable liver/kidney and clotting results).
- You cannot have certain recent immune-blocking treatments, uncontrolled autoimmune disease, recent immune-suppressing steroids, major bleeding risks, or uncontrolled infections.
