RPH-104 to prevent repeat fevers in colchicine-resistant FMF

Who can take part
- You have FMF and either cannot tolerate colchicine or it does not work for you, and you finished the earlier core study and had at least one RPH-104 dose there.
- You sign and date the consent form and are willing to follow the study plan.
- You must be able to get RPH-104 every 2 weeks at the study site, or learn self-injection, or agree to have a clinician visit you at home.
- If you can become pregnant or you are a sexually active man, you must use highly effective birth control during the study and for at least 8 weeks after your last dose.
- You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding, and you must avoid pregnancy during the study and for 2 months after your last dose.
- You cannot take certain immune-suppressing medicines, biologic drugs, or other study medicines besides RPH-104 during the study period, and you cannot get live (attenuated) vaccines during the study or for 3 months after the last dose.
