  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Weigh at least 40 kg
  • Have valid health insurance
  • Have a confirmed lupus diagnosis that meets accepted medical criteria
  • Have active lupus nephritis with active joint and/or kidney symptoms, with a disease activity score above 5
