Who can take part

  • You’re 18 years or older
  • You have planned cancer surgery (not an emergency) in the hospital or day surgery
  • You will have general anesthesia, or general plus other numbing methods, or numbing alone
  • You can start at least 7 days before surgery and can use a smartphone, tablet, or computer
  • You can sign consent and you have French social security
  • You must be able to follow the heart-breathing + hypnosis program and complete study forms
