Who can take part
- You are scheduled for a major abdominal or thoracic (chest) cancer surgery.
- Your surgery is scheduled at least 3 weeks after you enroll in the study.
- You are 18 years of age or older.
- You are able to use a smartphone app for the program.
- You do not have very poor functional capacity or serious health conditions that would prevent you from taking part.
- You are not classified as ASA 5 or 6 (very severe physical status).
