Who can take part
- Your age is between 18 and 39 years old.
- You have a confirmed diagnosis of a C-section scar defect (CSD).
- Your main symptoms include abnormal uterine bleeding, with menstrual bleeding lasting more than 10 days.
- Your C-section scar area is thin: the remaining muscle layer is less than 3 mm.
- Your blood sugar and insulin are in the normal range.
- You do NOT have uterine fibroids, endometriosis, or adenomyosis, and you do NOT have any cancer.
- You are not pregnant and you can follow the study plan and sign consent.
