This study checks whether a lab test using your urine and blood (plasma) can detect signs of cancer early in people who don’t have symptoms. It compares people with newly found cancer to people without cancer to see how accurate the test is.

Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old (or 35–80 for Sub-study 2).
- You can provide both a blood sample (EDTA plasma) and a urine sample at the start of the study.
- You must not be currently in cancer treatment or cancer follow-up monitoring at enrollment.
- You either have a cancer diagnosis around the study start (case group) or do not have a cancer diagnosis (control/exploratory groups).
- If you had cancer before, it must have been completely treated at least 5 years ago.
- You must have no evidence of a cancer diagnosis during the year after the start date (for control/exploratory groups).
