Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older and willing to sign consent for the study (and optional future research).
- You must have an advanced, unresectable, recurrent, or metastatic solid tumor confirmed by pathology (tissue/cell test).
- Your cancer must have been treated with standard care already, or standard options must not be available, and you should have no other standard option with meaningful benefit.
- You must be expected to live at least 3 months and have measurable disease on scans.
- You must be able to provide tumor tissue for testing before treatment and again on treatment (unless your doctor says biopsy is not safe).
- You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding, and you must use highly effective birth control (and agree not to father a child) for the required time window.
