  • You have an advanced solid tumor that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread
  • Your tumor has a RAS mutation (confirmed by a lab test)
  • Your cancer can be measured on scans (RECIST criteria)
  • You are able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1)
  • You have not had certain other cancer treatments in the last 4 weeks
