Who can take part
- Your cancer must be advanced and not removable by surgery with curative intent (and must be progressing).
- You must have had enough prior standard treatments—usually at least one for solid tumors, or at least two for B-cell lymphoma—before enrolling.
- If you’re in the solid-tumor group, your tumor must test positive for ROR1 in baseline tumor tissue, and you must not have previously received PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors.
- You must have at least one measurable disease spot on scan (or a qualifying lymphoma measure), plus be expected to live more than 3 months.
- Your health status must be good enough for study treatment (ECOG 0–2), and your blood and organ tests must be adequate.
- You generally must not have certain exclusions, like uncontrolled infections, major heart problems, recent cancer treatments, active autoimmune disease needing steroids, or pregnancy.
