Who can take part

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must have a tumor that can be measured on a CT scan or MRI.
  • Your cancer must have gotten worse after at least one prior treatment.
  • You need to be well enough to perform daily activities (ECOG score 0-1).
  • You must have adequate organ function (kidneys, liver, bone marrow).
  • Women must not be pregnant and agree to use birth control; men must also use birth control.
