Who can take part

  • Be 18 years or older
  • Have an advanced solid tumor confirmed by biopsy (tissue) or cells, where standard treatment isn’t possible or isn’t tolerated
  • Have at least one measurable tumor area on scans (often at least 10 mm, or 15 mm for lymph nodes) and it must be usable for measuring
  • Be in reasonably good physical condition (ECOG 0–1) and not have worsened in the last 2 weeks
  • Have a life expectancy of more than 12 weeks
  • Be able and willing to use effective birth control during the study and for 3 months after, and not breastfeed
