  • You have short-bowel syndrome
  • You were recently treated for a confirmed infection using amoxicillin (with or without clavulanic acid), ofloxacin or levofloxacin, or sulfamethoxazole/trimethoprim
  • You are currently a patient at the Hospital of Nancy’s Nutrition Support Unit or Infectious Disease Unit
  • You have health coverage through the social security system
  • You can have a physical exam and you have signed informed consent after being fully informed
