Part of Digestive system clinical trials.
This study tests how Rifaximin (a medicine for SIBO) affects the bacteria and other substances in your gut. You'll swallow a small capsule that collects samples as it travels through your digestive system, so researchers can see how your gut changes during treatment.

This is a research registry that collects small-bowel fluid samples from people being tested for “SIBO” (an overgrowth of bacteria in the small intestine). It aims to describe what bacteria are present and how results differ between people with suspected SIBO and others having similar tests for other reasons.
This study tests a probiotic pill for people with bothersome bloating and an abnormal hydrogen breath test. It aims to see if the probiotic helps improve gut symptoms.
This early study tests whether fecal microbiota transplant (a stool donation placed into the gut) is safe and practical for children with small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO). It may help reduce SIBO symptoms, but the main goal is to see if the treatment and study steps work well.
This study uses a tiny capsule to collect samples from your small intestine to learn about gut bacteria in people with IBS or other functional gut disorders. It could help researchers understand what causes digestive symptoms.
This study tests whether the antibiotic rifaximin can relieve bloating in people with small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO). If you have chronic bloating and a positive SIBO breath test, this trial may be a good fit.
This trial tests whether adding a probiotic supplement to standard antibiotic therapy (rifaximin) works better than the antibiotic alone for treating small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO) in people with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). If you have IBS and SIBO, this study could help find a more effective treatment.
