Who can take part
- Age 18 or younger
- You must be in a strong “response” state before transplant (complete, very good partial, or partial—no ongoing progression)
- Blood and urine tumor tests (NSE and VMA) must be negative, and tests for minimal residual disease in blood and bone marrow must be negative
- Radiotherapy must be completed for the primary tumor and any metastases before the transplant
- Heart, lung, liver, and kidney function must be strong enough to safely handle transplant preparation medicines
- You/your guardian must agree to the study, sign consent, and complete follow-up
