Who can take part

  • You can read and sign an informed consent form in writing, and you’re able to understand the study.
  • You are age 18 or older.
  • Your doctor says your daily activity level is good to moderate (ECOG 0–2).
  • You have prostate adenocarcinoma (or a strong clinical picture of prostate cancer with typical PSA and spread).
  • Your cancer has spread to lymph nodes or other body sites (N1 or M1) based on scan results like CT/MRI, bone scan, or PET.
  • Your blood counts and clotting tests are strong enough for a biopsy (enough hemoglobin, platelets, and safe PT/INR and PTT).
  • You can have a core needle biopsy with at least 21-gauge needle cores about 5 mm deep, and the doctor can safely collect roughly 3–8 samples.
