Who can take part
- You had an initial diagnosis of prostate cancer confirmed on biopsy.
- Your main prostate tumor was already treated (surgery and/or radiation) and is now under control.
- Your PSA blood test has risen in a specific way after treatment, reaching a defined increase above the lowest point.
- Your scans show no more than 5 metastatic spots outside the brain; nearby lymph node spots are only allowed if they also come with spread elsewhere and the total spots stay within 5.
- Your testosterone level is in the normal range (not at “castration level”).
- Your health status is good enough (WHO 0–2), and you can follow study visits and treatment; you must also agree in writing before screening.
- If you can get pregnant or cause pregnancy, you must use very reliable birth control during and after treatment.
