  • You are between 13 and 18 years old
  • You have a diagnosis of cancer
  • You can communicate in Cantonese
  • You can read Chinese
  • You do not have physical or thinking/learning problems that would prevent participation (as noted in your medical records)
  • Your doctor hasn’t told you to avoid physical activity, and you don’t have detailed exercise restrictions set by your doctor or physiotherapist
