Who can take part

  • You are 60 years old or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with stage I, II, or III cancer that has not spread to other parts of the body.
  • You have completed your main cancer treatment (like surgery, chemotherapy, or radiation) with the goal of curing the cancer.
  • You can speak Cantonese or Mandarin.
  • You are able to take care of yourself and are up and about most of the day (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You own a smartphone and are comfortable using instant messaging apps like WhatsApp or WeChat.
