- You have advanced solid tumor cancer (spread or not able to be removed) confirmed by biopsy or sample
- Standard treatment isn’t available, isn’t a good fit, or you couldn’t tolerate it

- Your general activity level is good (ECOG 0–1) and you have an expected life span over 3 months
