Who can take part

  • You have advanced solid tumor cancer (spread or not able to be removed) confirmed by biopsy or sample
  • Standard treatment isn’t available, isn’t a good fit, or you couldn’t tolerate it
  • You are at least 18, and you can take pills by mouth and will track your doses daily
  • Your general activity level is good (ECOG 0–1) and you have an expected life span over 3 months
  • A scan shows at least one measurable tumor spot that can be tracked over time
  • Your blood, kidney, and liver lab tests are within required limits (or the team thinks they’re affected by the cancer)
