Who can take part
- You have liver cancer (HCC) confirmed by scan or lab (biopsy/cell testing).
- Your cancer cannot be fully removed by surgery and is classified as BCLC stage C.
- Your blood arginine level is high enough (at least 78 μM) before starting.
- You have at least one measurable tumor spot on a scan, and any prior local treatment is finished at least 4 weeks before the baseline CT.
- You are living with cirrhosis that fits in range A to B7 (not worse), and you’re expected to live at least 3 months.
- Your daily functioning is fairly good (ECOG 0–1), and key blood tests show enough liver function and blood counts.
