Who can take part
- Be an adult (age 18 or older) with newly diagnosed grade 4 glioblastoma
- Your tumor must be IDH-1 R132H wild type (specific tumor lab result)
- You had surgery where at least 70% of the original tumor was removed
- Plan to start radiation plus temozolomide soon (about within 12 weeks after surgery) for 6 weeks, then continue temozolomide after
- Be able to provide stool samples for the study (samples are required)
