Who can take part
- Be an adult (18 or older) and recently diagnosed with glioblastoma (grade 4) confirmed by pathology after biopsy/surgery
- Your tumor must be IDH-wildtype and match the study’s specific “OXPHOS+” subtype from central lab testing
- Have had surgery for the brain tumor and start radiation soon (within 7 weeks of diagnosis) with enough recovery and no major ongoing surgical problems
- Be able to take standard chemoradiation (about 60 Gy radiation with temozolomide) and attend all scheduled visits
- Use little or no steroid medicine for brain swelling: either none, or a stable low dose (no more than the limits listed)
- Have enough organ function on blood/urine tests (bone marrow, liver enzymes, and kidney function) and kidney clearance of at least 30 mL/min (with metformin dose capped if clearance is 30–50)
