  • You are age 12 or older, any gender
  • Your first headache problem started before age 50
  • Your headache is a primary headache (such as migraine or tension), or a primary headache with medication-overuse headache
  • You must be able to sign informed consent (or have a guardian consent if applicable)
  • Your headaches are not caused by another medical condition (other than medication-overuse)
