Who can take part
- You agree to participate by signing an informed consent form
- You were diagnosed with a type 1 heart attack and it is recorded in the national registry SWEDEHEART
- You are between 18 and 79 years old at the time you leave the hospital
- You start your first cardiac rehabilitation visit within the study’s registry (about 2 months after discharge)
- You can understand Swedish well enough to take part
- You are able to walk (not non-ambulatory)
- You do not have a mental health or thinking condition that would make it hard to follow the study plan
