Compare two stomach reconstruction methods after stomach cancer surgery
Part of Cancer, Digestive system clinical trials.
This study compares two surgical reconstruction techniques after a distal gastrectomy (removing the lower part of the stomach) for gastric (stomach) cancer. It may help find which method leads to better recovery and outcomes after surgery.

This trial tests a specific surgical technique (Billroth II with Braun anastomosis) for people with stomach cancer that can be removed by surgery. It aims to see if this approach improves recovery and outcomes for patients who are well enough for surgery.
This trial compares two laparoscopic surgeries for early-stage stomach cancer in the upper part of the stomach. It looks at whether preserving a nerve (celiac branch of vagus nerve) during surgery leads to better recovery while still removing the cancer safely.
This trial compares two different stomach cancer surgeries after removing the tumor, to see which works better for patients with stomach adenocarcinoma. It may help determine the safest approach and best recovery outcomes for people whose cancer has not spread.
This trial compares two ways surgeons remove the entire stomach (total gastrectomy): laparoscopic (small keyhole cuts) versus open surgery (one larger cut). It’s testing which approach is safer and works better for people with certain stages of stomach cancer.
This trial tests a new surgical method called 'λ+α' double-tract reconstruction after laparoscopic removal of the upper part of the stomach for early-stage stomach cancer. It aims to see if this procedure improves recovery and quality of life for patients.
