Who can take part
- You are being referred for a colonoscopy for screening, follow-up, or diagnosis
- Your age fits one of these groups: 50–75 (average risk), 30–80 with family history, or 18+ for surveillance/symptoms
- You may have one of these reasons for colonoscopy: screening, family history of colorectal cancer, prior polyps, prior colorectal cancer, or current bowel symptoms
- You can and are willing to give informed consent to join the study
- You do not have Lynch syndrome or a family history of Lynch syndrome
- You do not have certain bowel conditions or polyposis syndromes (including personal or family history of adenomatous/hamartomatous polyposis or serrated polyposis syndrome)
