Who can take part
- You have a confirmed genetic change in MLH1, MSH2, MSH6, PMS2, or EPCAM that causes Lynch syndrome.
- You are between 20 and 80 years old (if you have MLH1, MSH2, or EPCAM) or between 30 and 80 (if you have PMS2 or MSH6).
- You have an upcoming colonoscopy scheduled as part of your routine Lynch syndrome care.
- If you had colon surgery, you still have at least 20 centimeters of colon left.
- You are willing to collect stool samples and fill out surveys.
