Who can take part
- Be age 4 to 21 at enrollment
- Have a new (just diagnosed) medulloblastoma confirmed by special central pathology and molecular testing
- Have MRI scans that show no spread to other parts of the brain or spine (no metastasis)
- Have a spinal fluid (lumbar CSF) test that is negative for cancer cells
- Have hearing that is normal in at least one ear (checked by a central audiology review)
- Be able to meet study timing and blood/organ health checks (including enough weight and blood counts, and kidney/liver lab limits)
