Who can take part
- Be age 18 to 89
- Have a brain tumor called a glioma that is grade II, III, or IV (confirmed or suspected by imaging/doctor review)
- Be newly diagnosed with no prior treatment (except a prior biopsy)
- Plan to have surgery to remove and biopsy the tumor, with enough tissue for at least two biopsy samples
- Be able to do MRI: lie flat for up to 80 minutes and stay still; you must be able to read and write English
- Have signed the consent form (you or your legally authorized representative)
