Who can take part
- You have a suspected grade II, III, or IV brain tumor (glioma) and are scheduled for surgery to remove it.
- Or you have a confirmed grade II or III glioma, know your IDH1/IDH2 mutation status, and have had no treatment other than surgery (but are about to start another therapy).
- You have a measurable tumor that is more than 2 cm across on an MRI scan.
- You are in generally good health (Karnofsky score above 60).
- You are covered by French social security and will use effective birth control (if female and of childbearing age).
- You cannot have an MRI if you have a pacemaker, certain metal implants, or severe claustrophobia.
