Study for early surgery after a partial ACL tear

ACL InjuryACL Augmentation

Part of Injuries & trauma clinical trials.

This trial looks at treatment options for people with a partial ACL ligament tear in the knee, including both recent and long-standing injuries. It may help to clarify the best early approach for healing and knee function, especially when there are no other ligament injuries.

Study after first ACL reconstruction in children

This study looks at children’s outcomes after their first ACL ligament surgery using a specific graft (quadriceps tendon). It may help doctors compare and improve how ACL repairs are done in growing kids with open or closing growth plates.

Early versus delayed surgery after a new ACL tear

This study compares immediate surgery versus waiting a short time for people with a new ACL injury. It aims to see which timing leads to better recovery and knee function.

ACL reconstruction follow-up study

This study follows people who have had or will have ACL reconstruction surgery at this hospital. It helps doctors learn more about how patients recover after ACL surgery over the long term.

NCT03441659Recruiting
ACL reconstruction recovery study using clinical outcome tracking

This study looks at outcomes after surgery to repair the ACL (a knee ligament that helps stabilize the joint). If you’re having ACL reconstruction, the trial may help doctors understand what factors lead to better recovery.

NCT05953051Recruiting
ACL surgery with a tunnel widened using enriched bone

This trial compares two techniques for ACL reconstruction—one uses an enriched, patient’s own bone during surgery and the other uses the standard approach. It may help researchers understand whether the enriched bone method improves knee healing and function.

NCT06505525Recruiting
ACL reconstruction: adding extra support vs standard surgery

This trial compares two surgical techniques for ACL reconstruction. The standard method repairs the ACL inside the knee joint, while the new method also adds extra support outside the joint. The study aims to see which approach gives better stability and recovery for people with specific risk factors, like being a young athlete or having a chronic ACL tear.
