Who can take part

  • You are between 14 and 25 years old if female, or between 16 and 25 years old if male.
  • Your ACL tear is more than 12 months old (chronic).
  • You are an active athlete (at a competitive level, like high-level sports).
  • Your knee shows a specific type of looseness called pivot shift greater than grade 2.
  • You have extra knee bend or flexibility (tibial slope greater than 12 degrees, recurvatum between 5 and 15 degrees, or high joint flexibility).
