  • You’re in the age range of 18–35 or 65 and older
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is under 30
  • You can understand and sign informed consent
  • If you’re 65+: you’re not very frail (Frailty score under 3) and you’re able to do simple thinking/memory tasks (Mini-Cog score above 3)
  • You live independently and can move around (ambulatory)
