This study looks at how a blood protein called C-protein relates to fatigue and aging, and how exercise affects it. You may be able to join if you’re otherwise healthy and willing to do muscle testing and activity monitoring.
This study examines how tiny structures inside our cells called mitochondria may contribute to aging and inflammation. Researchers will take small tissue samples to understand this better, which could lead to new treatments for age-related diseases.
This study tests whether personalized lifestyle advice, supplements, and exercise can help slow aging and improve health. If you are a generally healthy adult aged 50–80 who is not currently exercising, you may be a good fit.
This study looks at the eating habits and overall health of older adults who live at home. You will do things like answer questions, take some samples (like blood) yourself, and use a video call — all from home.
This study looks at a “first-line” approach to healthy aging in generally healthy adults. You may be invited because you’re interested in active longevity and can follow lifestyle and study instructions.
This trial studies tiny gene-like signals (microRNAs) to understand and reduce long-term inflammation as people get older. It may help researchers learn how aging affects inflammation and could guide future treatments.
