Who can take part

  • You are at least 18 years old and can sign consent.
  • You have prostate cancer confirmed by biopsy or cell testing, and it has spread to other parts of the body.
  • Your testosterone is already kept very low using hormone therapy or surgery, and you’ve been getting worse despite it.
  • Your PSA blood level is at least 2, and your cancer symptoms are reasonably controlled.
  • You can swallow the study pills and attend required study visits and tests (including sharing tissue or getting a new biopsy).
  • You have enough blood counts and healthy enough liver/kidney function for trial treatment.
