Who can take part
- You are an adult male (18 years or older).
- You have prostate cancer that has spread (metastasized) and is no longer controlled by standard hormone therapy.
- You have had at most one prior hormone therapy (like enzalutamide) or one chemotherapy for your prostate cancer before it became resistant.
- You must keep your testosterone at low levels through ongoing hormone therapy or after having your testicles removed.
- Your cancer must show signs of progression, such as rising PSA (prostate-specific antigen) levels or new spots on scans.
- Your organ function (liver, kidneys, blood counts) needs to be within safe limits.
