Who can take part
- You must have aniridia (or, if not, you would be a healthy comparison participant with no signs of aniridia)
- You must weigh more than 43 kg
- If you are using your own blood for treatment, there must be at least 8 weeks since your last blood collection
- If you donated blood recently, there must be at least 8 weeks since the last donation
- Your blood infection tests must be negative for hepatitis B, hepatitis C, and HIV
- Your study eye samples must be enough volume and must include a required conjunctival sample (a specific eye test result)
