Who can take part

  • Be an adult man (18+) with prostate cancer confirmed by biopsy showing adenocarcinoma
  • Have low testosterone after hormone treatment (or after castration), staying under 50 ng/dL
  • Have prostate cancer spots on scans (CT/MRI and/or bone scan) and a positive PSMA PET/CT scan
  • Have had your last cancer treatment at least 4 weeks (or 5 drug half-lives) ago
  • Your side effects from prior treatment must have mostly improved (generally to grade 0–1; a few exceptions allowed)
  • Be able to do daily activities fairly well (ECOG 0–2) and expected to live at least 6 months
