Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older and have a confirmed prostate cancer diagnosis.
  • Your cancer must have spread to other parts of the body (metastatic) and stopped responding to hormone therapy and at least one chemotherapy drug.
  • You must have a PSMA-positive PET/CT scan, meaning your cancer cells express the target for the study drug.
  • You must have adequate organ function, including enough blood cells, healthy liver and kidneys, and a certain albumin level.
  • You cannot have received certain other radiation treatments or PSMA-targeted therapy before.
