Who can take part

  • You are between 39 and 69 years old
  • You have had surgery for localized (non-metastatic) breast cancer
  • You do not have a known memory/thinking problem that existed at cancer diagnosis
  • You currently have a sleep complaint (your score is above a set cutoff)
  • You can speak and read French well and have internet access at home
  • You can safely do MRI scans (no serious metal in your body and no severe claustrophobia)
