Who can take part
- You are willing to sign consent and follow the trial plan before any study steps
- You have one of these cancers: prostate cancer on standard hormonal treatment, or fully removed early breast cancer
- You can do usual daily activities fairly well (performance status 0 to 2)
- You are not the type of worker or schedule that disrupts sleep (no night shift work)
- Your sleep and health checks must be within safe limits (no untreated sleep apnea, high BMI, severe breathing or recent major heart/broken-brain events)
